Periodically special custom banjos are offered as limited editions. They are inspired by such things as a uniquely figured piece of wood- domestic or exotic, shell materials of unusual color, and most important, an interest in developing a concept or theme unique to the instrument.
These banjos happen only by inspiration and are not intended for normal production.
